# Wispr Flow

Connecting Wispr Flow syncs the notes, transcripts and action items from its Notetaker into Zero. Only Notetaker meetings are shared — your dictations never leave Wispr Flow.

## Connect Wispr Flow

Go to **Settings → Connections → Notetakers** (the **Meeting notetakers** page) and click the **Wispr Flow** tile under **Available notetakers**.

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

### Choose whether action items become tasks

The **Turn Wispr Flow action items into Zero tasks** toggle is on by default. Leave it on to have Zero create tasks from your meetings; turn it off to sync only notes and transcripts.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Connect

Click **Connect Wispr Flow**. Wispr Flow asks you to sign in and approve access to your Notetaker meeting notes and transcripts, then returns you to Zero.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

## How syncing works

Syncing runs on its own. Each meeting is matched to a calendar event, and on a match Zero adds the Flow Summary to the notes, imports the transcript, and creates tasks from the action items if the toggle is on. What you typed under **My thoughts** stays separate: it shows on the meeting's **Summary** tab as your notes in Wispr Flow, where you can add it to the meeting notes yourself.

## Manage the integration

The connection sits at the top of the **Meeting notetakers** page with its sync status. Its `⋯` menu offers **Sync last 7 days**, **Sync previous meetings**, the tasks toggle, and disconnect — after which already-synced meetings stay in Zero.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.zero.inc/settings/call-recorders/wispr-flow.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
